Take one 1979 Checker Cab, add nine lasers, six black lights, 800 feet of fiber optic lighting, a mirrored disco ball, an Alpine sound system (components include two Model 3522 amplifiers, the 3331 11-band EQ, two pairs of 6086GX 8-inch subs, two 6397CX 6x9-inch triaxials, a remote display/control stowed on the visor for CD selection, a 6 disc CD changer, and a set of dash mounted tweeters), dry ice fog effects, a Yamaha keyboard, sound sampler, and digital drum set, and then mix vigorously. Congratulations: You’ve now got yourself one instant rolling disco. (And I haven’t even mentioned the saxophone, laptop computer complete with cell phone and modem connection, Sony MiniDisc recorder for capturing karaoke sound bites, Tascam Porta1 4-track mixing board, Kodak DC-50 digital camera, or Fargo digital printer…)
